Info: Cialix Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. They do this by inhibiting an enzyme that breaks down cGMP, a molecule essential for dilating blood vessels in the penis and allowing adequate blood to flow in, all of which makes it much easier to get an erection. In response to sexual arousal, the release of nitric oxide induces cGMP formation. Tadalafil works by preventing the breakdown of cGMP, leading to increased blood flow into the penile region and helping to maintain an erection.
