Information: Aromasin, or exemestane, is a powerful anti-estrogen medication developed to prevent the body from making too much oestrogen. This is particularly true for preventing estrogenic side effects, such as gynecomastia and excess water retention, with those compounds likely to convert to estrogen. Aromatase suicide is blocked by exemestane because it sits in the aromatase enzyme and turns it off; hence, suicide is halted. Now, testosterone can't convert to oestrogen, so there is no oestrogen to return.

DOSAGE RANGE AND DURATION OF USE:

Exemestane is taken once a day after a meal, normally as a tablet of 25 mg or 20 mg. Cycles most frequently continue for between two and four weeks. The dose for people just starting the drug might be 12.5 mg every other day, but those who had taken it before could take it daily. This drug can also be taken by women to aid in burning body fat, and the recommended dose is 12.5 mg daily or every other day. And never discuss your dose and the amount of time you need to take the drug with a doctor or nurse.

It may raise testosterone levels and inhibit oestrogen to a greater extent than arimidex. It is generally used in combination with testosterone, HCG, clomid, nolvadex, and anastrozole.
