Info: Fluoxymesterone, often known as halotestin, is an anabolic androgenic steroid derived from testosterone. Specifically, it is derived from methyltestosterone with an added methoxycarbon group at carbons 17 in order for oral administration. It also contains a fluoro group at C-9 and C-3 and a hydroxyl (-OH) group at C-11. By making these changes, this is what keeps the steroid from aromatization and boosts its androgenic abilities. Fluoxymesterone carries a much higher androgenic activity rating compared to Methyltestosterone, but such a full and pure bones testosterone look like with an anabolic rating of 1,900 and an androgenic rating of 850 where as Testosterone carries an anabolic rating of 100 in both categories. Even through it carries a very high anabolic rating and has favorable anabolic properties, it primarily functions through its androgenic activity in the human body.

DOSE RANGE AND DURATION OF USE:

Halotestin should not last beyond 2–4 weeks, and when it comes to daily dosage, just take 10–20 mg, which is common sense. Its half-life is about 6–8 hours. It can take up to 2 months for the drug to leave the body. Because of its potent androgenic effects, women are not recommended to take this drug.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

Since Halotestin is a very powerful androgen, it can cause a number of androgenic side effects:

• Oily skin and acne
• Facial and body hair growth is heavier
• Increase in male pattern baldness

Virilizing effects may be irreversible in females and include:

• Altered skin texture
• Facial hair growth
• Clitoral enlargement

These may be symptoms of other side effects.

• Liver toxicity through its oral intake and its resistance to breakdown by the liver in its structure
• Reduced normal testosterone production

One study saw a large drop in testosterone levels in all healthy male subjects after they used 10–30 mg oral stanozolol per day for 12 weeks.

COMBINATION WITH OTHER MEDICINES:

After the final Halotestin dose of any cycle, PCT should begin 24 hours later. For the stimulation of their own natural testosterone production, drugs such as gonadotropin and Nolvadex (Tamoxifene) apply. Any other performance-enhancing drugs are to be approached together with Halotestin carefully and under professional supervision to avoid the possible side effects.
