Info: Metformine 60x1000mg contains metformin hydrochloride, an oral antidiabetic medicine primarily used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Metformin works mainly by reducing hepatic glucose production and improving insulin sensitivity in peripheral tissues, helping the body use glucose more effectively. Unlike medicines that directly stimulate insulin secretion, metformin generally does not cause hypoglycemia when used alone.

For extended-release formulations, treatment begins at 500 mg to 1000 mg once daily, adjusted up to a maximum of 2000 mg daily. Metformin is taken with or after meals to reduce gastrointestinal adverse effects.   

Side Effects

The safety profile of metformin has been extensively evaluated in clinical use, although individual reactions may vary. Commonly reported adverse effects include nausea, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, flatulence, reduced appetite, and changes in taste. Post-Cycle Therapy

Metformine 60x1000mg contains metformin hydrochloride and is not an anabolic steroid, androgenic compound, or testosterone-suppressing agent. Conventional post-cycle therapy (PCT), as used following anabolic steroid cycles, is therefore not applicable. Metformin is an oral antidiabetic medicine intended for the management of type 2 diabetes and should be used according to appropriate medical guidance.
