Terms for delivery WARRANTY:

In the event of damage occurring during the shipping process of your order, we will ask you to provide the following details:
  • Good quality detailed photos of the packaging.
  • A clearly readable photo of the recipient's contact details (the text should be easy to read in the photo).
  • A high quality photo of all damaged products (in a single image ).
In the unlikely event that the products arrive damaged due to improper packaging, the products will be reshipped free of charge if a complaint is filed and proof of improper packaging is provided.


In case of suspected seizure of the package, please provide the following details to fix this problem:
  • Reshipping does not can be requested only after 42 days (6 weeks) from the date of shipment of the order.
  • Please provide the tracking number issued to you by us.
  • A new recipient name and address are required (for forwarding).
  • So far, there have been no cases of delivery seizures in these countries. However, in the unlikely event of such an event, we will take all necessary precautions and offer you the option of guaranteed reshipment.

Details of the policy in case of receipt of the "wrong" product:
In case receipt of the wrong product, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge. The wrong product must be returned SEALED (contact us by email at [email protected] for details).
